Jacki was very responsive to all of my request/questions, even during non-traditional working hours. This was especially important because I was 2 timezones away from the purchase location and unable to see the propertie(s) myself before going under contract.

She went above and beyond what we ever expected from a buying agent! This was our first home purchase and we are so thankful that we got her!! She reached out to us even when she was on vacation to keep us in the loop of what was going on and what we still needed! She showed us another house that she thought we might like just to give us options, however we did end up going with our first choice. If I ever talk to someone about buying or selling a house I would 100% recommend Jennifer!! If we ever need those services again we will also use her again! She was extremely friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about everything involved with our purchase. She was also very patient with us since we had a lot of questions as new home buyers this was super nice to have!! Just all around we enjoyed working with her and hate that it has to end so soon but glad that we own our house now because of her!!

Jill did and excellent job in the selling of our old home and it sold in two days as well. She went above and beyond working out every single detail to get us into our new home. She was always there when we needed her and knew the answers to all our questions. She worked wonderfully with our VA lender and from the time of contacting the lender for the first time to closing was less than 20 days which is unheard of from what I understand when getting a VA loan. She is an incredible ladies and does awesome work! She understood that having a large family like ours would not be easy to find the perfect home for but she did and we now are loving our forever home! We can't Thank her enough! Trang Hoang knew what houses would qualify for the type of loan that we were trying to get to buy a home, and made sure that we knew if the home we were looking at qualified or not. Also she made sure that we were aware of any defects that a home had and if the seller was interested in repairing it. I highly recommend Trang to anyone looking to buy a home in the Hannibal area.

Kelly continued to provide professional help even after the closing which was extremely important to me. Her assistance relieved a lot of frustration and stress.

We've used Jacki Thurman for purching all our rentals in Hannibal Mo. She has always done an excellent job from finding just what we are looking for to closing. Highly recommend! If we are in the market for more rentals we will definately call on Jacki again.
